Tyne Housing Impact Report
AJIC completed a second Social Impact Assessment (Social Return on Investment) for Tyne Housing, to capture and celebrate their social impact on their 50th anniversary.
AJIC has supported ClwydAlyn Housing Association from the beginning of their social value journey, to identify their social value priorities, develop a Social Value Strategy, gather data and produce an annual social value and ESG report.
AJIC conducted an in-depth evidence review of the person-centred effects of fuel poverty, and produced an evidence-based model to support the mPower Activate partnership to develop Anchor Networks identify and support those most vulnerable to fuel poverty.
AJIC supported Welcome Change CIC to develop a Theory of Change for their Community Hubs, measure their impact and create an Impact Report for funders, supporting their funding continuation.
AJIC carries out annual impact assessment and reporting for Nottingham City Council and Nottingham Integrated Care Board's innovative partnership project to deliver integrated housing and health services.
AJIC supported a local council to carry out a stakeholder-led forecast Social Return on Investment for a planned housing regeneration site, that identified a 'regeneration plus' approach that would deliver lasting social impact to the area and local communities
We were determined at Tyne Housing to improve how we demonstrate Social Value and Impact. A competitive tender process unearthed a very competitive quote from Alice, with a strong track record. Both of these were important to us as we had no internal experience to rely on. However, what we got was much more than VFM and experience. Alice works in such a patient and collaborative way, it was like having an in house expert evaluator - definitely doing with, not doing to. We launched our reports on time, and we learned a lot on the way. Highly recommended.
